1. Introduction and Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the permitted and prohibited uses of the FurnViz platform and associated services (the "Service") provided by FurnViz, Giza, Egypt. This AUP forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the FurnViz Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in full.
2. Permitted Use
The Service is designed and licensed exclusively for lawful B2B business purposes within the furniture retail, interior design, architecture, and related industries. Permitted uses include: uploading architectural floor plans and product catalogs to generate 3D visualizations; sharing interactive visualization outputs with your business clients and prospects; managing interior design projects; collaborating with your internal team using platform collaboration features; and integrating the Service with your business systems via authorized API access.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Illegal and Harmful Activities
- Using the Service for any purpose unlawful under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other applicable jurisdiction
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or racially offensive
- Facilitating gambling, illegal arms trading, drug trafficking, human trafficking, or any other criminal activity
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices of any kind
3.2 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Uploading or processing content that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of any third party without lawful authorization
- Using the Service to reproduce or distribute third-party copyrighted content without a valid license from the rights holder
- Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from content accessed through the Service
3.3 Security and System Integrity
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or connected systems through hacking, password mining, or other illegitimate means
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization from FurnViz
- Introducing or transmitting malware, ransomware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware, or any other malicious code
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, servers, or networks (including DDoS attacks)
3.4 Data Scraping and Automated Abuse
- Using automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers to access, index, or extract data from the Service without FurnViz’s prior express written authorization
- Conducting bulk or automated rendering jobs that exceed your plan’s usage quotas or degrade Service performance for other customers, without prior written approval from FurnViz
3.5 Prohibited Commercial Activities
- Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or making the Service available to third parties as a competing product without FurnViz’s express written consent
- Using the Service to build or assist in building a directly competing SaaS product
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code or proprietary information from the Service
3.6 Impersonation and Spam
- Impersonating any person, company, or entity, including FurnViz employees, or falsely claiming affiliation with any organization
- Using the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam), bulk email, or any communication that violates applicable anti-spam laws
3.7 Data Privacy Violations
- Uploading personal data of individuals to the Service without a lawful basis and appropriate privacy disclosures to those individuals
- Uploading any personal data of children under the age of 16
- Processing personal data through the Service in violation of applicable data protection law, including the Egyptian PDPL (Law No. 151 of 2020) or the GDPR
4. Content Standards
All content you upload must be: legally owned by you or used with valid authorization from the rights holder; free of malicious code or embedded security threats; and in compliance with all applicable laws. FurnViz reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, or quarantine content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP or applicable law.
5. Resource Usage and Fair Use
Each subscription plan includes defined usage quotas (e.g., renders, storage, API calls). You agree to use the Service within your plan limits. FurnViz reserves the right to throttle, queue, or suspend access if your usage materially exceeds plan quotas or degrades Service performance for other customers.
6. Enforcement
Upon discovering or receiving a credible report of a violation, FurnViz may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice: issue a formal written warning; temporarily suspend or throttle access; permanently terminate the Account and all associated Subscriptions; remove or disable access to offending content; and/or report the violation to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

If you become aware of any activity or content on the Service that violates this AUP or applicable law, please report it to: [email protected].
8. Changes to This AUP
FurnViz may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
